Returns & Exchanges
We put a lot of love and care into curating and packing our products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer exchange or store credit against the same.
The following products will not be eligible for exchange or return:
- Products purchased on sale/discount
- Customized products (such as fitted sheets)
- Bulk orders
- Used/washed items
Process for Returns & Exchanges
If your purchase is eligible for a return, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order. Drop an email at hello@aakaarindia.com or call/ text at 9810312822.
We will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address. Please ensure the product is in its original packing along with the invoice, bags, labels and any other inclusions provided in your delivery.
Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it. Once it passes inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to you or store credit will be initiated. The credit note can be used for purchase on our website within 30 days.
Disclaimer:
Return shipping is on us if the product delivered to you is wrong or defective. In such a case, please ensure you click a photo/ video of the package as soon as it is opened. And share the same with us.
If you wish to return or exchange the product for any other reason, pick-up and re-shipping charges would be extra.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
